Kelvin Fu is Vice-President at Interprise Partners and is involved in deal sourcing, transaction analysis, portfolio management and investor relations for the firm.
Mr. Fu previously worked for JLS Capital Strategies, an advisory firm specializing in raising capital for infrastructure projects worldwide. At JLS, Mr. Fu was involved in transaction analysis, structuring complex debt instruments, and arranging project finance for energy, oil and gas, and satellite projects. Prior to JLS, Mr. Fu was based in Singapore and Shanghai where he worked for one of the world's largest foreign owned private equity growth firm. He has worked on numerous deals spanning numerous sectors, including consumer related sectors, energy, and healthcare in different geographic regions such as North Asia, Southeast Asia and Europe.
While completing his MBA at Johns Hopkins University's Carey School of Business, Mr. Fu founded A-Level Capital, a student-led venture capital firm focused on providing early stage investments across the Johns Hopkins University ecosystem that includes student, alumni, and faculty-run companies. Mr Fu took a lead role in deal sourcing, analysis and portfolio management.
Mr. Fu is a graduate of the National University of Singapore (B Social Science in Political Science), Macquarie University (Masters of Applied Finance) and the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School (M.B.A.). He has co-written two books published by Wiley Finance: “Private Equity in China: Challenges and Opportunities” and “Due Diligence in China: Beyond the Checklist”.
